This I do not get.

Two leftmost boxes I understand because the US constitution forbids mixing religion and government.
But what is the hooded figure in the rightmost box?

Somebody pls explain.

So Its ok to forbid mixing religion and government, that I
understand, but then please explain the dinner given to the Muslims
for the start of Ramadan by the anointed one. He also spoke about
9-11 and conveniently failed to mention that it was committed by
muslims.
