but.... truth seems to help straighten it out, in doses a bit at a
time or all at once. The internet IS the liberty tree!

yes, truth cures all, I was being a bit too loose with my remark that
only applies to a minority. In my case though, after 25 years out of
scn, I still find myself operating on more than few of hubbards bogus
notions..its not been a good thanng. Others like Tory dump the whole
load much faster.

no, it's not true. 1. it never worked in the first place. 2. it's a
marketing ploy.

miss david cabbage, the head $cifag, declared all lol ron's books are
wrong.

this means all the $cilons who still have any money left will have to
buy the books and lectures again.

you see, tom / alan, if you actually researched your subject instead
of shooting rocks from the hip, you wouldn't be writing shit like that
and making a complete arse of yourself.

> You really are a fool.

and you really are a know nothing, slack-jawed, argumentative, little
cunt.

From experience I tend to favor the "core dump - reboot" method.
My short association with the freezone disabused me of the idea
that cutting the fat from the lean had any greater merit than
just starting over.

In simpler terms, it was more correct to assume that everything
in scientology (what they published or stated) was FALSE and
then find the bits that might be true, than to assume it was all
(relatively) true and then exclude what was false.

Both methods are problematic. On the one hand one's confidence
is shaken from constant erosion of stable data. One the other
hand a full core-dump cuts out a lot bull and with it some healthy
mental associations between items. This last is due in part by the
method by which LRH tricked one's mind. Some Truths, a lot of half
truths followed by total nonsense.

For example it may be true that an anti-social (criminal) mind
has certain characteristics, but the link between an anti-social
and an anti-scientologists is faulty ... dumping the whole lot
cures the linkage between SP (opposed to scientology) and true
criminals (real SPs), but also leaves out established pre-existing
patterns of association of what makes a person good or bad ... the
end result, to some degree, is having to recover/re-establish/learn
what is and is not true, what will and will not work.

Good points. IMHO, The reeducation process is well worth it.
