Yep, changed this last patch, a very good change IMO (although I'm
glad we're moving onto Pandaria soon, the thought of 6 digs per nelf
site that I need to clear out to make Tol'vir sites spawn isn't so
appealing :-P)

I *believe* they will, I've saved up a load to see if I can aim at a
server first... if it does work like that it'll be down to who can
click the fastest though lol, since I suspect a few people will have
done the same!
