After getting the quest achieve for Deepholm, Twilight Highlands, and
Vash I find I am less than halfway through Revered with Earthen Ring. As
far as I know, these are the only zones I can get rep for ER in, other
than doing level 85 dungeons with the tabard, right?

If I have to do level 85, what are the instances with the most
*required* bosses (assuming these will give the most tabard rep). I
tried to do HoO, but the group skipped all the skippable bosses.

This chart has almost no tabard rep, and HoO didn't give me even 1000,
much less the 1715 listed:

Are the twilight ones worth doing just for rep? I waited 11 minutes this
afternoon only to get a group where the tank sucked so much he couldn't
hold any adds, and the group disbanded before the first boss.

I'd like to get ER done here soon as that will put me at 50. I don't see
how I can possibly get 55.

I can get Wildhammer (slowly) by doing dailies, iirc (that's TH rep,
right?), and I suppose I could get Frenzyheart, but that takes forever,
and I'm not sure about Keepers of Time (only honored there).

Correct, you basically have to farm instances a lot.

Don't waste time doing End Time for rep, it's terrible, best of the
three I found is Well of Eternity. None of them are great, but since I
never bothered with the earlier heroics, can't help much on whether
those are any better!

Yeah Wildhammer you can get from dailies alright :-)

If you can get a friend to help you past the first boss in BT (cannot
solo that due to mechanics) that one's soloable enough, slow, but
soloable. I found killing only the first two bosses (plus Akama to
prevent attacks by groups that I presume wouldn't give rep anyway)
would leave up a whole ton of trash before each of the next bunch, all
of which gave rep and would reset after 30 mins outside the instance,
so could be repeatedly farmed (or running the whole places gives more,
but heh, can't get past Reliquary of Souls duo, hoping we can manage
to bruteforce that one at 90; I want druid T6 anyway)

I don't recommend trying that one! ;-)

Can farm it up to honoured fairly easily on pre 1st boss trash, after
that depends if you can solo AQ40 bosses or not. I can solo the first
boss, then get owned on the trash following (knock up in the air =
massive falldmg - however... druids can glyph into catform falldmg
reduction in any form when patch hits, so I may try again then).
Granted I could've been exalted by now if I'd just killed the first
boss every week, but it's kinda boring trekking all the way down there
knowing I'll only get 500 rep for the effort.

This one's easy now! Do all quests at the Faire and as many dailies as
possible every month and you'll get it, slowly but for not much
effort. Also keep an eye on your AH for cards/decks, turning those in
gives decent rep too (used to be the only way, it was seriously
tedious back then but even then only took me about 3 months of crazy
work on my scribe). The lower level decks (rogues, mages, swords,
demons, that give random stats armour/weapons) only give 25 rep but
all the epic trinket ones give 250.

for 6 months of Molten Core.

Soloable but boring when you don't need anything there, barely get
over 1k rep per run, whichever instance you choose (only Old Hillsbrad
and Black Morass give any rep), so worth taking a lvl 68-70ish friend
with you so it feels more worthwhile (or decide you *really* want some
transmog item in there)

Don't waste time on that unless you have a lvl 60+ rogue (or a LOT of
gold to throw away), it's slow even then, but you need a rogue to
pickpocket 1400-odd junkboxes for the revered-exalted stage.

This one's actually pretty easy, IF you can get through Mount Hyjal.
You get about 8k for a full clear, so it's really fast. Only downside
is, only some classes can actually solo the place due to some horrible
abilities that work off a percentage of your health; if you can't get
past that on the first boss, you only get 1k rep per run instead.
Duoing it was no trouble though, as long as one of the characters
could heal (Archimonde has a horrible curse that deals 300k shadow dmg
over time or something, and since he gives a very large chunk of rep,
he's well worth killing)

Can't get higher than neutral anyway I believe.

Just quest through Searing Gorge! That'll get you well into revered

Lol yeah I've come to the same conclusion with the Horde equivalents.
Wish they'd bring back the marks/turnins that were available in
vanilla, got to be the only factions that have become harder over
time.

don't forget the monthly handins, ornate weapon, imbued crystal, soothsayer
runes, mysterious grimoire etd - theses can be done once per faire
