Maybe you can't, but I certainly can - my bank was overflowing, put in
all the things I never use but don't want to throw away (old quest
rewards unobtainable now, old sets that I haven't completed so can't
transmog but do want to keep the pieces in case I collect more over
time, etc etc). Very useful indeed! I don't use it for things I intend
to use immediately, just for things I want longterm storage for, which
it's ideal for.
