Tom Tom Addon

Ok, I downloaded and unzipped the Tom Tom coord. addon to the correct
interface/addons folder and re-launched WoW. Per the instructions,
WoW should have picked up on the addon but I can't seem to find the
coords anywhere on the screen. Am I missing something here?

Mine doesn't even show on the map. I see nothing. I may try mapster.

On the character selection screen, there's an "Addons" button that lists
all the addons currently installed. Does Tom Tom show up in that list?

Ok, I found it and loaded it. It seems to be working now as I can see
the coords. However, it says it is 'out of date.' Do you have a link
to an updated version or recommend something else?

Sometimes that happens I been using an out of date add-on since 3.0 and it
still works fine

I wouldn't worry about an addon being out of date unless you see that
it doesn't work properly. Just tick the "Load out of date addons" box
and carry on.

Each time you update WoW, the version number changes. The addons
contain the version number that they were developed for and if it
doesn't match the current WoW version they are marked as "Out of
date".

Unfortunately, this is a bit misleading as you might still have the
latest version of the addon and it would still be marked as out of
date even though it works perfectly.

Usually, WoW's API doesn't change significantly and addons don't need
to be changed to work with newer versions of it.
