You're right. This is new to me too. My horde druid is at least honored
with everyone in the area. The K3 Bruisers are not hostile but you could
wrong-click them and end up dead in a big hurry. 464K health and they
show as PvP when you mouse over them, but they aren't flagged on their
portrait.
I'm tempted to smack one to see if I go PvP and to see how long I last.

On second thought, I bet you'd end up with several of them on you if you
attacked only one of them. I think I'll leave them alone for now.
