Downloading and applying the patches is "installing" Cataclysm. The
Cata content wasn't on our computer, and then it is. That's
installing. It doesn't have as much to with being able to _play_
Cataclysm as adding Cataclysm to your WoW account does, but it's still
installing.

Not necessarily just a *little* bit, if you've got to install the
entire game on a fresh hard drive (though if you've still got access
to an old install, that could be a bit quicker)
But yeah, that is all having the disc's get you.
