Unless the altercation became violent, I don't see how her pregnancy
could be relevant. Physically accosting any coworker is bad (probably
grounds for firing), the victim being pregnant just makes it worse.
But if it's just a creative argument, her pregnancy should not come into
play. Obviously they're only mentioning it to bias sympathy.
