for a full account restoration?
I submitted the restoration form on friday, 12.00 and I got this in
reply:

we opened a Battle.net service ticket to restore your World of
Warcraft character(s) and item(s). Your ticket number is xxxxxx. We'll
send you another email when the process is complete, which under
normal conditions usually takes 10 to 12 working hours (but please
allow up to 2 working days).

No further news till then, I wonder if Saturday is a "working day" or
not in Bliz's offices?

Hope I will get all my stuff back, even if I can log in and I still
have all my tanking gear, I really don't feel like playing atm. I've
been able to do the last dailies and get exhalted with Hellscream's
Reach, but I don't even want to buy the lv.359 trinket until this
story's over.

When my account was hacked, I had everything back in about 12 hours.
Others have said up to 2 days. I talked to a guy on the phone at CS
rather than open a ticket via email.

Be thankful it only takes a couple of days now. Before they changed
their restoration procedures, you could sometimes wait several WEEKS for
full restoration.

They said to allow up to 2 working days. In the US, the phrase "working
days" refers to Monday through Friday, which means the weekend did not count
as "working days". And since today is also a national holiday in the states,
today isn't a "working day" either.

Got all my stuff back! :)
Procedure is somewhat confusing though. I contacted a GM in-game
(although the email from bliz instructed me not to), he said he would
take care of my problem and everything was resolved in a matter of hours.
