So plan is: Suck blood off prey vamps, then Banish them? With the
masters of the Magical Mojo we can so some serious stuff like that.
Just need to focus on Banishing the Bloodless people, and getting your
prey's more valuable minions down to minimal blood.

> 3x Troius 8 AUS DOM THA cel prince
> Tremere:4
> 2x Mistress Fanchon 11 AUS CEL DOM OBF THA VIC inner circle
> Tremere:4
Maybe replace Old Lady Tremere (Mistress Fanchon) with:
Cesewayo 10 AUS CEL DOM POT THA ani Magaji
Konrad Fleischer 9 ANI AUS DOM FOR tha
OR
Claus Wegener 5 DOM aus for tha
Zane 5 THA aus dom Primogen (hey, he has 1 vote & [dom]... in this
deck it's probably worth it)
Both come with AUS DOM and some level of tha. Plus they both have
some level of Animalism which you may be able to graft in as a side-
discipline. Cesewayo comes with votes, and a handy little side-text
for Intercept. A little bit cheaper, but that 1 or 2 pool difference
could be huge.

> Action [7]
> 3x Govern the Unaligned
> 2x Magic of the Smith
> 1x Pulse of the Canaille
> 1x Rutor's Hand
You can replace Magic of the Smith with Alastors... OR... just get
more Rutor's Hands to cover the Magics & the Helicopter down below. 4
blood for the Hand vs 3 pool for a Chopper (which NEEDS a successful
action)... I'd take the Hand.

> Action Modifier [18]
> 1x Bonding
> 6x Crocodile's Tongue
> 1x Enkil Cog
> 7x Mirror Walk
> 3x Seduction
I'd dump the Seductions and just get on with the business of Killing
Blow Bleeds. Forshadowing Destruction would be my recommendation.
>
> Combat [7]
> 3x Rego Motus
> 4x Theft of Vitae
If you're not planning to really fight... I don't know why you don't
have almost only Rego Motus.
>
> Equipment [3]
> 1x Heart of Nizchetus
> 1x Helicopter
> 1x Signet of King Saul, The
I understand the Heart of Cheating and the Signet Ring. See notes
above about the Chopper.

> Master [13]
> 1x Arcane Library
> 1x Creepshow Casino
> 1x Giant's Blood
> 1x Monastery of Shadows
> 1x Secure Haven
> 1x Temptation of Greater Power
> 4x Villein
> 3x Zillah's Valley
I'd be highly tempted to include a couple of Golcondas. I'd suggest a
Pentex Subversion and a Fame. Placing Fame on your prey's key blocker
while you are tossing around Croc's Tongues will hopefully encourage
them to pick other minions to block.
>
> Political Action [9]
> 2x Banishment
> 3x Kine Resources Contested
> 4x Parity Shift
So, are you going to Banishment or Parity Shift? With this crypt I'd
be looking at Ancient Influence, Political Stranglehold, 4x
Banishment, 2x Masquerade Enforcement, Might of the Inner Circle?
>
> Reaction [12]
> 6x Deflection
> 3x Obedience
> 3x Second Tradition: Domain
2nd Trad requires a block. I'd be looking at including a few more
cards that allowed untap or play as if untapped without requiring a
block. Obedience = good. Deflection = good. 2nd Trad = great but
requires a block and sometimes you just want to wake and flick.
