How about I swap out those two for:
Zoe AUS cel obf 3 Malkavin
Blythe Candeleria AUS THA 3 Tremere
It raises my crypt cost a little, but gives me two more AUS.

If I swap out for people with AUS, that only leaves Anson (3/12 crypt)
with aus. However, with Fransicus and Dieter, I have 5/12 crypt w/aus.
That was the original purpose. To give either Anson or the little guys
AUS.

I agree, but don't have any. If I could get some, I would happily
throw them in. I still like Effective management, especially with
Anson out.

I've been careful to play this only when the other vampire can't pay
the cost. Removing a justicar or prince from my predator or prey is
pretty nice, especially if it pushes me that much closer to vote
superiority.

Any reason? So far it works for me, especially since most my vamps are
so high that it can't come back and hurt me.

Yeah, I'm going to do that.

I'll keep an eye open.

Haven't had too many problems keeping it. Very rarely does it seem to
get stolen. Most people are too worried about their own actions to
waste one grabbing it off of me.

Another card I sadly don't have. However, looking at it, I see your
point. Thinking back, there isn't too many turns where I've been able
to pull blood off of it, vs doing something more useful.

Really? Our area are all running them, 1 or 2 per deck.

Works really well when I need to voter cap. Offer someone with a good
number of votes someone else's territory, and watch my guy refill.

Same as Disputed Territory. Great for grabbing votes and capping.

You seem to dislike continual refilling stations (hunting grounds,
palatial estate, etc.). I've found that I generally have enough time
to go grab this, especially for Masika.

In a foolish move, I traded away three to a friend. Hopefully I can
try and get a few more, as they are amazing.

Agreed. I'll hunt down some more. Although people are more and more
either shutting down my votes, or keeping the vote to just passing by
one or two, to prevent a large voter cap.

I'll hunt down a few.
Thanks for the help.
