Hi all, I need advice on how to improve this deck (build essentially
for fun). It works by burning prey's vampires with Goodnight Sweet
Prince, stealing them with Petru Sipos & Mask of Eternal Night and
finally influencing Agaitas to play with the prey's deck (vampires AND
cards). Other Ravnos are in only to Sensory Deprive the predator and
build time for the combo.

Dies horribly against hyper-aggressive/rushing predators and if the
prey plays imbued or swarms... maybe adding 1 Secure Haven for Agaitas
in place of an Effective Management? I prefer to stay in both the 60-
card and 15 non-trifle master limits.

Bonus question: is Agaitas male or female?

It would probably help if you say that Petru burns on the Eternal
Mask + Daring the Dawn action ;-)
You need an Information Highway in there.

Tried a vaguely similar idea w Eternal Mask, Petru & GSP, but combined
it w a Salubri (Saulot i think) to play Cleansing Ritual to remove the
EM, plus a Follower of Set to play Khobar Towers. Cant say it worked v
well tho - too many moving parts ;-( It had lots of stuff going on
without really doing much to defend or do pool damage.
I like Floppy's idea of the DD burning Petru, tho that may hv been ur
intention all along - v cunning ;-)
Maybe work a way to play Khobar Towers to burn the raised minion for
pool gain??

The key you're missing is Martinelli's Ring - that way you don't even
need to worry about Daring the Dawn to burn Petru, the Mask will just
fall off him and leave a vampire!

Yeah, I suppose it would. Hmm. But if you're putting vampires into
play without extra blood, Heidelberg could be useful anyway.

If you can get him SER, Callirus (who can burn a card on him) could be
your workhorse...

This is a slight tangent on the specific topic - apologies, but i'm
curious to see if the general EM/GSP trick could work...

So, there seems to be 4 options to burning off the EM:
1) Acting minion plays Daring the Dawn on 0 blood and burns
2) Acting minion gains Martinelli's Ring somehow, namely via
Heidelberg Castle, Rave, Communal Haven: Cathedral, Nod, or Pier 13,
3) Use a minion with a caption to assist, namely Callirus (direct
burn), Ivan Krenyenko (equip w Pier 13 then after the EM action slip
on the Ring), or Reg Driscoll (equips the Ring after another minion
plays EM, and passes the Ring to the First minion)
4) Play a minion w Obeah and use Cleansing Ritual to remove the EM off
a younger minion - ie Salubri or Pentweret

Which of the 4 is the best i'm never sure. i personally like 4)
because i like Salubri, but there's little compatibility w crypt/
library. With Option 3 Callirus & Ivan need SER - either master
disciplines or Book of Going Forth (easier for Ivan, but still rnd 4
before the pier goes down & rnd 5 before the ring can go on) - and
both Ivan & Reg still require Heidelberg to shift the Ring around for
future EM's. Option 1 doesn't really help, unless you've got a lot of
villeins & info highway, or maybe use Soul Gem on a capacity boosted
Petru.

Callirus w SER is relatively simple, once you get the 2 master
disciplines down
Maybe just Petru w Heidelberg & the Ring is easiest...

Having been thinking about it, I think Petru and the Ring is probably
easier - Callirus would need even more blood gain in there, since his
special also costs a blood.

Funny (and clunky) idea

I don´t see the point in 6xwider view trifle+pool gain for 1 and
getting agaitas? but 6 seems a bit excessive. Perhaps AI/Golconda
instead of effective management for pooldefence/gain and i would also
advocate Martinellis ring instead of burning petru with daring perhaps
a copy of Nod to complement heidelberg to get it really clunky?

does the effect of eternal mask fizzle if a vampire with martinellis
ring tries to play it at SER?

Bonus answer: Agaitas is male, he is in the WW book Nights of prophecy
in the Montreal by night section (forgot the name of the chapter).
