VEKN Player Number Cards

Juggernaut1981

Hey All,

I remember a few years ago the local Prince had a stack of these nice
black playing-card sized cards that had space for a name and a VEKN.

Is there a way to get hold of these? It would be good for randomising
seating in games (rated and non-rated tournaments, socials, BYO
storylines, etc) and that sort of thing.

? They're as good for it as any piece of paper. Just print some cards
with a big number from 1 to 5 on it. Or use a dice...
Those cards were available in the prince kits to give to players so
they can remember their vekn number (and it was like an "official"
club member card :))

Yes.

See Fee Stakes: (Up in Here!) announcement.

I don't think the issue is "I don't know what to use to randomize
players", I think it is more "I want some of those cards to put
people's VEKN numbers on, for various reasons..."

Thanks Lasombra.
Do you have any available for purchase or similar? I'm thinking of
maybe laminating them so I can use dry-erase or water-based OHP pens
on them...

LotR CCG cards work wonders for randomizing seating.

Yeah, it's not just randomising seating on our usual monday night (we
use playing cards, crypt cards, apathy...) but for stuff like BYO
Storylines, Qualifiers, etc. Just put all the names on cards and deal
them out for the first round.

It sounds like it's more complicated afterwards to fill in the Archon,
wrong? And it won't work for the other rounds, so I can't see the real
advantage.
