Deck Name : Dollar Generals
Author : Norman S. Brown, Jr
Description : This is a Trophy Deck based on Presence Princes that
uses Catatonic Fear + Target: Vitals to do the dirty work. I played
this deck at the NAC 2010.

How does it burn minions, just by good old-fashioned diablerie and

How does being circumcised prove Jewishness? Lots of Christians
circumcise also.
