Just. Damn.
Looks like Francis is coming to visit while I'm at Dragoncon this year.

That said, how do you all handle weather in your campaigns; as a force
of nature or caused by the interaction of weather gods? Has a hurricane
ever made an appearance in your game?

For a moment I forgot about the weather and the image of some burly, hirsute
Italian guy--just in from NYC and now strolling down Peachtree (and to whom you
owe a great deal of money) popped into to my head.

I thought it was his rotund maiden aunt on his father's side, the one
that raises bulldogs. ;-)

I had no clue who Francis/Frances was or what he/she had to do with
weather. It would've been helpful if you'd titled the article "Hurricane
Frances" instead of the misleading and misspelled "Francis." Not
everyone follows the eastern USA weather reports.

Wouldn't have done any good now anyway... its now a tropical storm.

Well, it might become a hurricane again just before landfall.
Florida panhandle and Georgia are going to get it next.

Ralph didn't type that. I did and I posted it as well.
